The panel discussions will focus on how to work to make the community healthier, an in depth look on how to capture PSE, and how agencies can partner to build healthy communities. Through the panel discussion, organizations and agencies will also learn innovative ideas and projects that can be implemented to provide resources for food access as well as resource management skills to our communities.

A silent auction will be open starting at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 18 and ending at noon on Wednesday,
May 19. Bidding will continue throughout the day and overnight until noon. The winners will be announced on the last day of the conference. All money from the Silent Auction will be donated to
the Mid-South Food Bank.

Walk Across the 1890s is an 8-week walking program designed to encourage us to either walk individually or join a walking team and walk as many miles as you can.
We want to encourage you to make an individual or team goal to walk 840 miles (the length from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, to Tennessee State University, and to Alabama A&M University) over the course of the eight weeks.
